The hotel staff went above and beyond. I had this amazing interaction with a valet named Cecil, who even helped me with my walker and cane, showed where to park, and unpacked my things for me. The pool was beautiful and it was great lounging by it in the afternoon sun, just perfect.

The room rates were a bit steep but I'm ok with that given the overall experience.

Great vibes but some hiccups

The lobby and restaurant were super stylish, and the room had a nice modern feel! It was cool to take morning walks in the quiet area, but check-in was a bit messy. Even after an early app check-in, my room wasn't ready till after 5 PM. Def hard to deal with. The snack bar had some yummy options, though!

the hyatt regency offers a fantastic stay! the staff is truly the best ever—friendly and super helpful. my king room was great, quiet, and well-remodeled, perfect for my business needs. plus, the on-site dining at eats kitchen was delicious! it’s also close to central orange county, making it easy for meetings.

Self-parking is available right on the property, making it easy to get in and out. The rooms meet high cleanliness standards, and complimentary water bottles add a nice touch after a long day on the road.

Despite some solid features, I noticed a few hiccups. The coffee situation was lacking—only one pod in the room isn’t enough for caffeine lovers. Valet service could use some swifter response times. I texted for assistance and still had to wait. The tub/shower design is awkward—starting the water without getting wet first is nearly impossible. Lastly, the bar had decent selections, but the prices didn't match the perceived quality.

Had an awesome time with friends! We visited the Shady Canyon Trail for a hike and soaked up the sun by the pool. The place was clean, and the staff were super friendly! Just a heads up, remember to check your room charges carefully, as we had a mix-up with the water bottles.

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my solo travel experience so much easier. My king room felt quiet and cozy, perfect for relaxation after a long day. The location is fantastic, near great restaurants and attractions. I especially loved the newly refurbished rooms. they’re beautiful and equipped with ample charging options. The fast elevators made getting around a breeze. However, I noticed some common areas could use more comfortable seating options. Overall, this hotel has a nice atmosphere but could enhance relaxation spaces.

Just a fine choice for strolling in Irvine with fantastic value. The local market had great pizza and beer to enjoy in the room. Check the shower to avoid slipping.

This place suits me perfectly with its excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and fitness centre. The staff helped me with bug spray on my first stay, and I remember how friendly Tom was during my recent visit. I'll be back for a city trip!
